Job Description

$10,000 new hire bonus (paid out over a 2 yr. period)

**Seeking Psych RN for NOC Shift!**

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient health problems and needs
  • Develop and implement care plans, providing supervision and delegation of tasks to ancillary personnel, and maintaining accurate, timely and complete medical records
  • Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
  • Provide education to patients and families and functions as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team
  • Is supervised by and reports directly to the Director of Nursing of the Hospital

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed RN in Idaho and maintain licensure in good standing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN or RN.
  • AVADE training and CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Proficient in English, spelling, and math to complete reports, requisitions, and basic clerical tasks.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.

$10,000 New hire bonus (paid out over 2 years)

  • This position includes shift differentials ranging from $1.50/hour to $4.00/hour on top of the listed base rate.
