**Seeking Psych RN for NOC Shift!**
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health problems and needs
- Develop and implement care plans, providing supervision and delegation of tasks to ancillary personnel, and maintaining accurate, timely and complete medical records
- Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
- Provide education to patients and families and functions as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team
- Is supervised by and reports directly to the Director of Nursing of the Hospital
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Must be a licensed RN in Idaho and maintain licensure in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN or RN.
- AVADE training and CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
- Proficient in English, spelling, and math to complete reports, requisitions, and basic clerical tasks.
- Must successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.
Benefits offered:
$10,000 New hire bonus (paid out over 2 years)
- This position includes shift differentials ranging from $1.50/hour to $4.00/hour on top of the listed base rate.
