health services to children, adolescents, and families across a range of community-based programs. This

About the Role
The Outpatient Youth QMHP provides assessment, treatment, and care coordination for youth and
families under Oregon CMHP standards. Services are delivered through individual, family, and group
therapy, as well as in-home, school-based, and community settings.

Programs supported may include:
– Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT)
– Wraparound (WRAP)
– Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA)
– Juvenile Behavioral Health Court (JBHC)
– Mobile Crisis Intervention Services (MCIS) / MRSS

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
– Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices
– Coordinate services with schools, DHS, juvenile probation, and medical providers

– Participate in MDT meetings, case staffing, and court collaboration
– Provide crisis response support for youth when assigned
– Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
– Engage families as active partners in treatment
– Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards

Required Qualifications
– Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
– Credentialed as a QMHP per OAR 309-019
– Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
– Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
– Knowledge of youth behavioral health systems and crisis response
– Valid Oregon driver’s license and ability to pass background checks

Preferred Qualifications
– Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
– Community-based or school-based experience
– Familiarity with trauma-informed and restorative practices
– Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Work Environment
– In-person role based in Baker City, OR
– Frequent community, school, and in-home services
– May include occasional evenings or weekends
– Field work with youth and families in crisis situations
