Symmetry Care Inc. was created with the idea of establishing a mental health organization that provided exceptional quality mental health treatment to individuals regardless of their unique or difficult circumstances or the location in which they live. To this end the following ideals have been recognized as the foundation for this organization: 1. Symmetry Care believes people can and do recover from mental illness and destructive addictions. 2. Services provided by Symmetry Care are expected to improve the mental health of the people who receive them . Programs and treatment services will be continually evaluated. 3. to determine fi they are having a positive impact on participants. Mental health will be viewed in the context of overall health and therefore mental health services will be integrated with comprehensive physical health care. This will require that Symmetry Care be in partnerships with other health care providers so as to create the most seamless health care system possible. 4. The sciences of psychology and sociology are continuing to evolve with better understanding of human behavior and development. Symmetry Care’s treatment approaches and staff training will also evolve in recognition of this so as to ensure a constantly improving treatment experience. 5. Good clinical care will always be the first priority in determining how to proceed with program development. Successful clinical services should lead to successful financial returns. 6. The workplace will be a rewarding and enriching environment where employees experience both personal and professional satisfaction. Independent thinking and creativity will be encouraged through adopting employee ideas into organization functions. 7. The facilities and equipment will be well maintained, attractive and organized in such a manner as to optimize treatment, and functionality. This will be reflected in consumer’s perceptions of professionalism, and concern for their needs.
